Logis Hôtels Restaurant Le Relais Chenonceaux

My husband and I stayed here for a hot air balloon flight in the area, and the location was very convenient for that. The hotel has a traditional atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Our room was clean, but quite small. There was no air conditioning, only a small portable fan, which wasn’t enough during the hot July nights. If we kept the window open, we could hear all the conversations from the restaurant below, which made it hard to rest. There is also no private parking, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was pleasant, but the selection was limited and rather expensive for what was offered. Overall, it’s a simple and cozy place, suitable for a short stay if you’re in the region for activities like a balloon flight.

Very conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from the Chateau de Chenonceaux. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant .

Friendly and helpful staff who spoke English, and made us and our dog feel very welcome. Cosy room with a clean bathroom. Lovely lunch and dinner.

We were able to have our whole family of 5 in one large and charming room. It was right on the canal, not noisy and it was a lovely home. Highly recommend!

Lots of character. Helpful, hard working staff. Good breakfast. Packed us a picnic lunch. Double room at front of building had open antique beams- charming.
